Herberton Pocket Films – What's Your Story?

Learn to Tell Powerful Stories Through Film

What’s your story?

Got something to say, an interesting life, an event you want to remember? Use your phone to make a short film and share that story with all of us at the Herberton Pocket Film Festival in October.

Every year on the third Saturday in October The Herberton Pocket Film Festival screens  short films about how life occurs for people living on the Atherton Tablelands. All genres, documentary, fiction, fantasy and humour tell stories of how it is for us living here, and festival goers love it!

Pocket films are shot on a phone or other mobile device like GoPro, 3 – 10 minutes long and tell an engaging story. Register here and follow the links to upload your film.

Entries close on 10th October, and the Festival happens in the Herberton Hall on Saturday 18th. Find us on Facebook for updates.
